The Town of Parry Sound offers many advantages to businesses:

>     Facade Improvement Program

       The Town of Parry Sound offers a grant program to business who wish to improve their building facades, exterior lighting, signage, and landscaping.  This program is offered on an annual basis, conditional on budget approval.  A business owner or tenant may make application for the grant and is eligible to receive up to $17,000. per year (based on 50% funding of actual improvement costs), in a calendar year.  For more information, contact Lynn Middaugh at middaugh@townofparrysound.com

>    Tax Increment Equivalent Grant (TIEG)
