Emergency Preparedness
Preparing for an emergency is a core responsibility of the Town of Parry Sound's EMS Department.
Working with various community partners and agencies, the EMS Department has prepared an Emergency Plan for the Town of Parry Sound. Further, a regional plan is also in place. In the event an emergency is declared, an Incident Command Centre will be established to deploy personnel as required, manage any evacuees and assign volunteers to various positions.
