The Temporary Dog Impound facility is located at:

The Town of Parry Sound’s Operations Yard, MacFarlane Street, Parry Sound, ON.
This facility is an impound for strays dogs only,not an Animal Shelter, and is NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.  Therefore, this facility is not staffed. All drop off and pick ups of impounded stray dogs are on an appointment basis only.

If your dog is missing and you believe that it may have been impounded contact:

Town of Parry Sound By-law Enforcement Department (705)746-2413 to set up an appointment to be reunited with your pet.  Monday to Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
