As of June 1, 2013, smoking is prohibited in, and within 9 metres, of any municipally owned or leased park, playground, beach, and recreational field. Smoking is permitted only in a posted designated smoking area. Please note that Kinsmen Park is located in the Township of McDougall; therefore is not included in By-law 2012-6087.
