Vision
It is the vision of the Town of Parry Sound Emergency Services to be progressive in all aspects and to provide the highest levels of service to the residents and visitors by meeting the following:
Ontario Fire Service Standards and Ministry of Health and Long Term Care standards that incorporate response times comparable to or less than the Privincial average in urban, rural and remote areas;
Providing outstanding pre-hospital care that meets or exceeds legislated Provincial standards of care;
Assuring that residents and structures are safe and meet established codes through an aggressive inspection process;
Providing the best possible planning, delivery of service and mitigation during times of disaster, either natural or man-made, regardless of magnitude.
In order to fulfill this vision, we pledge to learn from our past, train for the present and plan for the future.
